On the Focus MK2/MK2.5 there is a limited range to adjust the toe on the rear axle. It can happen that the optimal toe can not be achieved because it is not possible to adjust the eccentric rear toe bolts any further. If the rear toe adjustment is completely out of specification there could be something wrong with the rear suspension or bushes.
Tighten the oil filler cap. Step 23. Run the engine for a few minutes. After the oil pressure warning light goes out, stop the engine. Step 24. Check the oil level 5 minutes after the stop of the engine operation using a dipstick and add oil if necessary. Replacement: engine oil and filter – FORD KUGA II (DM2).

I have a torque wrench somewhere from may days with the Lotus Elise, which apparently was sensitive to the torque settings. Can't remember what the results could be of over/under tightening them, apart from the wheel working loose if very under tight!

Just use the Mk3 settings, same thing. "Flywheel bolt torque: stage 1: 22 ft-lbs. stage 2: 44 ft-lbs. final stage: additional 1/4 turn (90o turn) pressure plate bolt torque: hand tight, then tighten diagonally or in a pattern, in stages, to a final torque of 15 ft-lbs. Tightening the bolts in stages like 2 turns each bolt in a star pattern

14 Oct 2019. #6. I’ve never torqued Ford front or rear hub nuts. I either just gun them up or use an 18” bar. Just do them tight. If your really bothered, tighten them to 210 Nm and then give them just a little bit more with a long bar.
